Since 2002, I’ve worked with my tool the trade mark hook on my IngrownOut ®Tweezer. I’ve been hands-on waxing, sugaring, monitoring client skin behaviour, ingrown hair correction, product systems, and client psychology. Over time, it became clear that one technique, one product, one product routine and one approach does not suit every client.
